- The domain is registered in the client's name
- Client-supplied content remains with the client or original rights holder
- File access, transfer and any handover calculation are stated before acceptance
- The initial term, cancellation route and final obligations are documented
- Direct checkout records a versioned agreement before opening the payment provider
Platform billing and human service scope are separate. A client can keep editing the same project while VURM completes an approved task without creating a second website or hidden workflow.
A monthly VURM support plan has a published task and time allowance. Larger work receives a separate price before it starts.

Does VURM use a generic industry template?
The builder uses a defined component system, while the page structure, content and design direction are based on your business, audience and agreed brief.
Can I cancel a Platform plan?
The billing portal shows the active period and cancellation state. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the selected billing period; it does not silently delete the project.
Can VURM take over an existing website?
Possibly. Platform, access, maintenance risk and known faults are reviewed first. Takeover, repair or redesign is recommended only after that check.
